What happens when an aviation event is designed not just for pilots but for tourism leaders, entrepreneurs and international guests?
Aviation Day 2026 offered an answer in Gorna Oryahovitsa, where aircraft demonstrations were accompanied by business discussions and premium brand presentations.
Galina Raycheva, a member of Bulgaria’s National Tourism Board and a representative of organisational partner TouchPoint, was among the event’s prominent contributors. Her participation reflected the links between aviation access, tourism and regional investment. The official programme also credits Drustar Consulting, TouchPoint, the airport and the municipality.
Among the personalities associated with the gathering was Silvia Djagarova of Magazine Banker Special, reflecting the event’s ability to connect aviation with publishing, business and lifestyle audiences.
The event brought together Diamond Aircraft, Range Rover, Oliver Weber Collection and a broad supporting network. Its significance lay in building relationships across sectors that rarely share a single regional stage.
Its partner ecosystem extended well beyond the headline aircraft manufacturer. The published list named Drustar Consulting, TouchPoint, Travel & Lifestyle, LABOR8, Lacrima, Frezco, Frezkoliada, Oliver Weber, Arrivo Premium Transfers, BNK, artist Mika Sav and the National Tourism Board. Each contributed a different business or cultural dimension to the programme.
Local youth ensembles also took part in the celebration, including the Bozhuri majorettes, a brass band, Gratsia Ballet School and the Graffiti vocal group. These performances gave families a reason to attend and linked an international business forum with the surrounding community.
